To be eligible for a return/exchange on a "made to order" product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

ENYTH offers returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different size or color.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on ENYTH, please reach out through the "Contact Us" page within 14 days of the delivery date.

All sales are final and no refund will be issued on custom design orders.
